Bread Veggie Pakoda Toast a quick Indian bread snack recipe. Also known as bread pakoda, these are a popular Indian breakfast & tea-times snack made with bread slices, spices, gram flour and herbs. Bread pakora is not a common thing in Indian homes but are quite popular on the streets of India, mainly in Mumbai. These are also served in cafes, eateries, tiffin centers & restaurants across India. This is very healthy bread Veggie Pakoda Toast for small kids. Those kids who do not eat certain vegetables. So if we make this type of pakoda for kids and give it to them, they will eat it happily ... and nutritious values will also increase.

Cooking Instructions

To make Bread Veggie Pakoda Toast first, take six sandwich bread. Now, take one bread slice and apply Schezwan sauce on it and spread well. Now, place the second bread on it and cut it into two parts. Now prepare sandwich bread with the remaining bread.

Now, take a bowl and add gram flour to it. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, cumin coriander powder.

Now add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped tomato, finely chopped green coriander leaves. Now, little by little, add water and mix well and make thick consistency batter.

Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, grease the pan, and heat well. Now, take a prepared bread sandwich, dip it into the prepared batter, and coat it on all sides. Now, place the prepared bread on the pan and roast well on medium flame until golden crisp.

After it turns golden, turn it to another side and roast well. After it turns golden and roasted well, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.

Now our crispy and very healthy Bread Pakoda Toast is completely ready to serve, and you can enjoy them.
