I have restrictions in eating maida and sugar, so I thought of this recipe as I love to eat cake. It's a wholesome breakfast as it is made of oats,eggs and banana.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsoats flour
  2. 3bananas
  3. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder and baking sugar
  4. 25 gramschocolate
  5. 50 gramsjaggery
  6. 50 grams(cashews+ dates+ raisins)
  7. 3eggs,
  8. two teaspoon ghee
  9. 50 mlmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the banana,dates, jaggery,eggs and milk together in a mixer jar.

    Now add oats flour to the above mixture,add ghee,dry fruits mix well.

  3. 3

    Now grease the cake pan with oil and pour this mixture and sprinkle chocolate little dry fruits and whole oats.

    Bake this mixture at 180 degree for 40 minutes. Your healthy and tasty cake breakfast is ready to Serve.
