Sugar and Oil-free Banana Cake

I wanted to recreate a moist and fluffy banana cake I ate a while ago, using no sugar, dairy or oil. I succeeded after much trial and error!
If you add grainy mashed banana, it will have a jam-like finish, but if you purée it, the cake will be fluffy.
It's nice as-is, but it's also tasty with honey or butter! Recipe by HATIMITSU

Steps
- 1
Mix the eggs and banana in a blender.
- 2
Put the blended mixture in a rice cooker. Sift in the cake flour, and fold it in until it is no longer powdery.
- 3
Switch the rice cooker on. If it doesn't cook through the first time, let it work through another cooking cycle again! Check for doneness, and you're finished!
