Cooking Instructions

Heat the pan.Put butter and melt it add maida and stir continuously till it changes colour now add milk stir continuously to avoid lumps cook for 2 min add salt pepper oregano chilli flakes add boiled veg and stir it cook till little thick.Turn off the flame and keep aside.

Take another pan heat 2tbsp oil add chopped onion stir fry till transulant now add capsicum cook for few minutes now add 2 balanced tomato puree cook for few minutes now add salt chilli powder pepper and mix it.turn off the flame.

Take a baking dish and grease with melted butter.

Assembling:
Take a bowl add 100 ml milk dip bread slices in milk and take it out and place it in bake dish
1st layer
Bread slices dip in milk just to keep the bread wet. - 5
2nd layer
White sauce boiled veg mix
3rd layer
Red sauce mix
You can repeat the layer if you want
Garnish with grated cheese
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 min.
