Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsMutton keema
  2. 1/2 cupMustard oil
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspHaldi powder
  5. as per taste Red chili powder
  6. 1 cupFresh green matar
  7. as required Few whole garam masala ( dalchini,clove, green elaichi,tejpatta,
  8. as required Whole dry red chilli,whole jeera)
  9. 2Chopped onion
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. 2Chopped tomatoes
  12. 2 tbspBeatenCurd
  13. as required Garam masala powder
  14. 2green chillies
  15. as required Chopped dhania for garnishing
  16. 1 tspDhania powder
  17. 1 tbspDeshi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadai add whole garam masala & jeera

    Add chopped onion fry till brown,add chopped tomatoes ginger garlic paste fry little.

    Now add all dry masala cook until oil separate ing add keema & matar

  6. 6

    Cook in slow flame and stir in interval

  7. 7

    Now add litte deshi ghee cover it, before turn off gas add chopped dhania
