Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmethi
  2. 1 cupmatar
  3. 6-7cashew nuts
  4. 2 tspmagaj seeds
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1small dalchini
  8. 1cardamom
  9. 1/2 tsp jeera
  10. 2 tspmalai
  11. as required Some milk
  12. as per tasteSalt & sugar
  13. 3 tspoil
  14. 2green chilis

    Soak cashew magaj seeds for 15 min. I boiled matar in cooker

    Make paste of cashew, magaj. In a kadhai add oil, jeera, dalchini, ginger garlic paste, onion. Saute it. Then add cashew magaj paste. Fry paste till it leaves some oil.

    Thn add chopped methi. Add some water & cook methi. Then add boiled peas. Mix al well.

    Lastly add milk, malai, salt & sugar. Creamy malai methi mutter is ready.
