  2. 50 gramgrapes
  3. 1/2cup yogurt
  4. 1/2 cuppudina leaves
  5. 1tsp chiaseeds
  6. 1tsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the chiaseeds for 5minutes.Rinse and peel the mango.1cup mango chopped roughly.

    Chop the mango and grapes roughly and add them in a blender.Add yogurt sugar and blend until smooth and creamy.

    While serving add some chopped mango pieces chiaseeds in the smoothie.1TSP finely chopped mango and pudina leaves for garnish.Mango and grapes yogurt smoothie is ready.
