Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber grated
  2. 1carrot grated
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1 cupthick curd
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. 2 Tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/3 Tspchaat masala
  9. 1/5 Tspdry ginger powder
  10. 1/5 Tspchilli flakes
  11. 1 Tspextra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients, in a bowl. Keep in the refrigerator. Add salt before serving.
