This is a salad I make ALL summer. This is just the basic recipe but you can think outside the box with this and add Parmesan, pepperoni, provolone, salami, additional veggies like roasted peppers or celery etc etc. Its so simple but delicious!

Ingredients

1seedless cucumber unpeeled and sliced thinly
2or 3 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and sliced
1/2of a medium red onion thinly sliced
1 cupitalian dressing of choice (kens italian is my "go to")
2 tspitalian seasoning
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsugar

Place first three ingredients in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over.

At this point I refrigerate for AT LEAST two hrs before serving.
