Ingredients

  • 500 gbeef
  • 1garlic bulb
  • 1big shallot
  • 1/4ginger
  • 2fresh lemongrass
  • 1 tsp5 spice
  • 1 tspcurcuma
  • 1 tspshrimp satay powder
  • 1 tspred curry powder
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbspapple cider vinegar/ rice vinegar
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 1/2 tbspmushroom seasoning
  • Salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut beef into thin slices, soak them in 2tbsp vinegar and salt for 7 minutes to reduce the smell

  2. 2

    Grind all shallot, ginger, garlic, lemongrass altogether. But them in a big bowl, mix with all spices.

  3. 3

    Wash the beef with cold water after soaking and let them dry off

  4. 4

    Mix beef slices with the mixture to marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight. After that put them evenly in the baking sheet to bake for 30 minutes at 100 Celsius degree. Then put them out to to role them thin with rolling pin. Put them back to 100 degree for 60 minutes. Enjoy ☺️
