    Tips: Use only unsalted butter as Salted butter will spoil the taste.

    Let the edges of the cookies turn light brown. Since the cookies spread keep the same distance between them. If the dough turns soft add little flour or gulab jamun powder.

    In a bowl beat together butter, and powder sugar till light and fluffy. Add all the
    ingredients and prepare a soft dough.

    Make 15gm balls flatten them little and place them on a baking tray.

    Press the balls with help of a fork. Refrigerate the tray with dough balls for 10 min.

    Grease the tray with butter and Bake in preheated oven at 150c for 10 min + 10 min ( Turn the Tray after the first 10
    Min)
