  1. 1 CupMaize flour
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 1 tbspSalt
  4. 1 cupTomato chopped
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  7. 2 pcsGreen chili chopped
  8. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and put maize flour and put coriander leaves salt, red chili powder, garam masala, green chili and tomato mix it well.

    Now put water in the bowl and make it semi-liquid form. Now take a flat fry pan and put refined oil and heat it for 2 mins.

    Now put one tbsp of batter on the pan and spread it in a round chapati shape. Fry it properly.

    Besan chilla is ready. You can serve it with vegetables.
