  1. 4Green chillies (slit and deseeded)
  2. as required OilFor deep fry
  3. For batter
  4. 1 cupgram flour
  5. 1/2 tspginger paste
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as requiredWater
  9. For filling
  10. 1potato boiled and mashed
  11. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  12. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  13. 1/2 tspginger paste
  14. 1/2 tspsugar
  15. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the filling ingredients.In another bowl mix all the batter ingredients. Adjust the water amount keeping the consistency medium-thick. Batter should not be too runny.

    Fill the de-seeded chillies with the prepared filling. Dip in the batter and deep fry till golden and crisp.Serve with pudhina-dhania chutney or saunth.
