Sabudana Vada
A very tasty and yummy snack.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and rinse sadudana 2 - 3 times and keep in water for ten minutes. Remove all water and soak it for 6 to 8 hours.

Boil and mash potatoes

Roast peanuts and crush them coarsely.

In a bowl mix soaked tapioca pearls, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, salt, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, sugar and chopped coriander leaves.

Mix nicely all and make a soft dough.

Take a lemon sized portion and flatten it.make vadas.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame,

Fry all vadas on a medium flame till golden brown colour.

Serve hot vadas with coriander chutney and sweet curd.
