A yummy Indian style burger , loved by all ages
Steps

To make vadas, first we have to heat oil in a pan.Then add the asafoetida, garlic, ginger, green chilies and salt. Saute till light brown.

Then add mashed potatoes into the pan and mix well, after few minutes take off from the stove

Form into equal sized balls. Refrigerate for an hour.

Make a thick batter with besan,rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and baking soda.

Dip the balls in the batter and deep fry them till golden in colour at the last stage fry some green chilli and keep aside

Now let’s assemble everything on the pav, apply the green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney on the both sides of the pav

And now place the Vada and add fried green chilli inside the pav and serve it with more green and tamarind chutney as per need

A yummy 5pm snack with kadhai chai for all hungry tummies.
