Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 1 cupoats(i used steel cut oats powdered in coffee grinder)
  3. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts crushed
  4. 1small onion chopped
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1 handfulCilantro chopped
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds & salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a wide bowl

  2. 2

    Mix it well with water to make a thick batter consistency

  3. 3

    Spread the batter into the medium hot pan gently & pour a tsp of oil around the roti & let it cook for 2 mins

  4. 4

    Flip over to cook the other side & let it cook for 2 more mins.

  5. 5

    Spread some ghee on top & serve hot with chutney. Enjoy!!
