Ingredients

6 wraps
  1. 6Malabar spinach leaf
  2. 2medium sized potato, peeled and boiled
  3. 1medium sized onino
  4. 1small bunch Coriander leaves
  5. 1 tspGinger, finely chopped
  6. 2Green chillies, chopped
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add the boiled potato and mash well.

  2. 2

    To the boiled potato add, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar to taste and the stuffing for the wrap is ready.

  4. 4

    Wash and dry the Malabar spinach leaves.

  5. 5

    Take a leaf, put a small amount of stuffing into the leaf and roll it like a wrap and tie with help of thread. Make sure you tie it gently.

    Once, all the wrap pouches are ready, take some oil in a pan.

  7. 7

    Place the wrapped spinach leaves on the pan and shallow fry.

  8. 8

    After the leaves are cooked from both side, serve with red chutney.
