Kadhi Pakora is the Classic North Indian Traditional recipe. It is a Youghurt/Curd based Gravy, I Had this cuisine at my friend's place and when I tried it it didn't taste good so this is my version of Kadi Pakora

Kadhi Pakora is the Classic North Indian Traditional recipe. It is a Youghurt/Curd based Gravy, I Had this cuisine at my friend's place and when I tried it it didn't taste good so this is my version of Kadi Pakora
Cooking Instructions

Take Besan in a large bow, add salt and add water

And mix well with hands for 5 mins. And cover it for half an hour.

After half an hour heat oil in kadai Fry till the pakora are a crisp and golden colour.

Take curd, add besan and beat it properly and then add 1 ltr of water to it💦

Heat oil in a Kadai, add mustard seeds, jeera, methi, grated Ginger and chopped green chilies and fry in low flame 🔥🔥

Now add a bit of hing and cook d
for 20-30 seconds and now add besan and curd mixture now add turmeric powder and mix well. - 7
Now add salt 🧂 per taste and boli for 7 to 8 minutes and switch off the flame now add pakoras

Heat oil in a pan and add dry red chili, Kasuri Methi, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Mix well.... and switch off the flame

Mix well and serve hot with Roti, Chapati, Nun
