Easy Celery Chicken Soup Easy Celery Chicken Soup
Fresh celery is of course delicious, but stir-fried and simmered celery is also tasty. This soup with beaten egg reminds me of my school lunch and makes me nostalgic.I prefer chicken consomme to normal consomme. Adding beaten egg makes "Kakitama-jiru" soup (soup with beaten egg), and it's also delicious. Recipe by uronn cookpad.japan -

#Mycookbook Delish soup that I've been perfecting over the past couple years. Play with the amounts of your favorite ingredients to make it your own. I love lemongrass and ginger so I tend to add a bit more than outlined below. .. Also you could use your fave red curry paste in place of the sambal :) Kels Ro -
Chicken Soup Chicken Soup
When I cook chicken at home, I remove the skin most of the time. So I always cook this with the removed skin. ♪Chicken breast doesn't have much skin, so you need 2 slices. If you use thigh meat, skin from 1 thigh would be enough.I used Japanese leek this time, but spinach or chives are also delicious. ♪ Recipe by OBU cookpad.japan -
