Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken Carcass
  2. 200 gChicken Breast
  3. 1 PacketBunjut Sup Tulang
  4. 2Potatoes
  5. 1/2Carrot
  6. 1Ripe Tomato
  7. 1Stack of Green Onions
  8. Little Bit of Cilantro
  9. Salt
  10. Chicken Stock
  11. Water
  12. Cooking Oil
  13. 3Shallots
  14. 2Garlic Cloves
  15. 1 inchGinger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put Shallots, garlics and ginger together into blender.

  2. 2

    Heat up cooking oil into the pan. Add the Blended ingredients. Stir until it smell good.

    Pour water into the pan. Stir for little bit then add potatoes and carrot. Wait until the water boiled.

  4. 4

    Add chicken, tomato, salt, Sup Tulang packet, chicken stock and stir. Cook until the potatoes tender.

    Add Green Onions and cilantro. Ready to eat!
