Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cupboiled green peas
  3. 2roughly chopped onions
  4. 2roughly chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 2-3garlic cloves
  7. 1 tspKashmiri lal mirch
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tspKasuri methi
  13. As requiredSalt to taste
  14. 1 cupwater
  15. 1 tbspoil
  16. as requiredChopped coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Fristly prepare onion tomato paste.

    In a mixer jar add onion, garlic, ginger and tomato and make a fine paste.

    Now heat oil into a kadahi, crackle cumin seeds, further add prepared paste cook until paste resealed side.

    Further add all spices and saute until becomes resealed oil.

    Now add green peas and water.

  6. 6

    Simmer for 5 minutes and further cut paneer cubes. And in gravy. Mix it. Garnishing with chopped coriander.

    Ready matar paneer serve with roti,paratha or rice.
