Wash cabbfge then slice it. Steam for 10 mins. Drain then set aside.

Next, fry the beancurd roll. When done set aside

Add oii in the wok, then sautee ginger. Then pour oyster sauce mixture. Let it simmer

Then add in cabbage and beancurd. Mix well. Cook awhile then transfer to a plate.
