1 headgarlic

Steps

Boil water then blanch ribs. Then wash in running water.

Heat wok add oil then stir fry garlic and the ribs. Keep cooking until the ribs are charred.

Then pour coke, simmer until sauce thickens then add cucumber.

The cucumber must be half cook to be crunchy when bite.
