Ingredients

  1. 500 gmBoiled potato
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. handfulcoriander leaves
  5. 3-4Green chilli
  6. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 packbread
  9. Oil for deep fry
  10. water for pouring the bread

Cooking Instructions

    Take the boil potato and mash it and mix all spices and ingredients chopped.

    Then take a wok and heat the oil and take water in 1 bowl and soak1piece of bread and rinse its water and put the masala into it and fold it in bread properly in oval shape.Do it again as you required the rolls.

    Fry it till it gets golden brown and crisps,Serve it with chutney..
