#greenveg vegetable spicy flat beans papdi also known as flat green beans is traditionally made in Gujarati Cusine. Strong flavour of Carom seeds and combination of garlic and jaggery makes it unique in it's own. I have made this today with my own twist of strong nutty flavour of coconut and sesame seeds which gives it a distinct punch in every bite.
