Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/2 teaspoonToban Djan (chilli bean paste)
  4. 1.5 tablespoonsoy sauce
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Sesame oil to flavour

Cooking Instructions

    Pour beaten eggs on oiled and heated pan to make big blocks gently

  2. 2

    Add thinly sliced cucumbers on the side of the cooked eggs, and well mixed with heated vegetable oil. Then, mix with eggs.

  3. 3

    Add the sauce and stir fry very quickly with high heat. To finish, pour a bit of sesame oil.
