Healthy, tasty Soft idlies, crispy dosas with the same batter.
Cooking Instructions

Wash foxtail millet three four times and soak it, wash and soak urad dal and methi seeds for 5 hours minimum.

Soak poha while grinding, and grind it to smooth paste with little water if needed. Ferment overnight.

Next day add salt grease idli mould and steam for 12,15 min. Idlis ready. Heat dosa tava grease oil and spread the ladle full of batter and cook till nice crisp golden. Serve/enjoy with chutney,sambhar.
