Ingredients

15 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 4-5pieces, fried fish
  2. 1boiled potatoes chopped
  3. 1/4 cuponion masala paste with ginger and garlic
  4. 2 Tbspchopped onions
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 1/4 cupmustard paste
  7. 2green chilli
  8. 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  9. Salt as required
  10. 1/3 Tspred chili powder
  11. 1ambula
  12. 1/2 Tspponch phutana
  13. 2 Tbspmustard oil
  14. Green coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange the ingredients. Heat mustard oil and add ponch phutana seeds, allow to splutter. Add chopped onions and green chilli. Fry.

    Then add onion masala paste with red chilli powder and saute till rawness is gone.

    Mix salt and turmeric powder and boiled potato chunks, chopped tomatoes and saute till aromatic and tomatoes mushy.

    Add mustard paste, required water and fried fish and ambula. Cook for two minutes, garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
