  4. Pinchturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. 1 tspmustard
  7. 1 tspudall dal
  8. leavesCurry

  11. 2chopped tomatoes
  12. 3_4,chopped garlic
  13. 1 tspred chilli
  14. 3 tsptamarind pulp
  15. As required Jaggery (optional)

  18. Salt to test

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dal for 15 minutes. Add the soaked dal to a pressure cooker and then add water. Then add in salt and turmeric powder. Add 2 drops of oil dal to avoid water oozing out and then cover the lid and cook for 5 _6 whistle on medium heat.
