  1. 2nos of babugosha/Indian pear
  2. 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  5. 2 tbspgreen chilli finely chopped
  6. 1 tbspmint leaves
  7. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  8. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  10. 1/2 tspmix herbs
  11. Salt as taste
  12. 1 tbsporange juice (optional)
  13. 1 tsplemon juice

    Wash the pear/ Babugosha with clean water and cut it into medium size pieces. Prepare pomegranate seeds and all chopped ingredients

    Take chopped onion and tomato in a big bowl.add pomegranate seeds, coriander and mint leaves to it.mash it little with your fingers.then add chopped pear and green chillies.

    Now,Add pepper powder, coriander, pink salt, green herb, salt to taste,orange and lemon juice in a Bowl and mix everything well.add this dressing to salsa mixture and mix well.

    So here is tangy and spicy Salsa is ready to serve.This salsa can be served with nachos chips or potato chips.
