Ingredients

  1. 1green bell pepper
  2. 1yellow bell pepper
  3. 1orange bell pepper
  4. 1red bell pepper
  5. 1small red onion
  6. 1small yellow onion
  7. 1jalapeño pepper
  8. 1 packagesalsa seasoning mix (optional)
  9. 1 (28 oz)can of petite diced tomatoes
  10. 1 (15 oz)can tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice all peppers and onions

  2. 2

    Add peppers, tomatoes, onions, and tomato sauce together

  3. 3

    You can either heat and cook how it is

  4. 4

    Or add the salsa seasoning package and add that

  5. 5

    Cook as directed on salsa seasoning package

  6. 6

    And cool

  7. 7
