Cooking Instructions

Take milk in pan and boil milk contuniously until it reduce to 1/2.keep stiaring while boling milk.Normaly it take 40 /50 min.

In this now add alum powder keep stiaring milk and you gate grains like below.

Now add 3 times sugar after 5 min, 1/3 of sugar at a time.15/20 min it reduce.

It will look like dough. Add cardamon powder and turn off gas.

Grease ghee on dish or tray in which you seting Kalakand.Now trasfer your Kalakand dough in tray keep aside for 2/3 hours to set Kalakand.Now decorate it adding slices of Pista and silver foil.

Kalakand is ready to eat.Make slices and served it.
