Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanuts
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. Pinchcardamom powder
  5. Silver paper for garnishing
  6. 2 small pkt of milk powder or 2 tbs full

Cooking Instructions

    First roast peanuts by continue stirring to roast all sides test one take a the remove the skin of peanut it means ready little cool and remove all the skin and separate it and powder it by causing slowly give jerks for seconds otherwise oil will release.

    Now take a non stick pan add sugar and water till 2 string sugar syrup add all peanut powder and stirring nicely add a small pkt of milk powder and mix well.add cardamom powder also when lt leaves the pan now spread on greased plate and garnish with silver paper and cut in burfi shape after little cool and enjoy the peanut mast katli.
