Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsblack-eye beans
  2. 2 spoon ghee
  3. 1 spoon jeera
  4. 1red chilli
  5. 1 spoon hing
  6. 5curry leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 cupcoconut grated
  9. 1 spoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak chavli for 3 hours,then pressure cook for one whistle.

    Heat ghee add jeera, curry leaves,red chilli,hing and add cooked chavli mix it well.

    Add salt and coconut mix it well then add lemon juice mix it,chavli poriyal is ready.
