    Take small size gavthi Simla Mirchi wash and wipe.

    Cut into small pieces.

    Heat a pan.Add oil in it.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder saute for twenty seconds.Add mirchi pieces and salt.Cover and cook.

    Now add besan and cook for five minutes.Simla Mirchi sabji is ready to serve.
