  1. 2tbsp-Oil for tempering
  2. Mustard seeds
  3. Jeera
  4. Hing
  5. Green chilli
  6. Ginger
  7. Jaggery
  8. 5-6 piecesDry Kokam-

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take the water we strained from chutti khichdi

  2. 2

    Add green chilli,ginger, jaggery, kokam

  3. 3

    Temper it with some mustard seeds and jeera, hing.

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for about 10 -15 mins on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Your osaman is ready enjoy it with chutti khichdi.

  7. 7

    Tastes good when hot.
