Steps

Add 1tsp ghee to a pan and add all tempering ingredients listed above. Add mustard seeds first, let it splutter and then add other ingredients.

Now add boiled vegetables with little water+ chilli + hing + salt + jaggery. Sauté it and then close the lid and boil for 5-6 minutes

Now add shredded coconut, coriander leaves and switch of the pan. Serve it with roti or rice
