Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBarnyard Milet (Sama ke Chawal)
  2. 1/4th cup Sago
  3. 2 tablespooncurd
  4. 1 tablespoonginger + chilli paste
  5. 2 teaspooncumin powder
  6. 1 Bowlgrated cucumber
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1and half cup water

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast barnyard millet and sago and allow to cool.

    Now grind barnyard millet and sago to make a fine powder.

    Now transfer this powder in a big bowl and add salt,cumin powder, ginger- cilli paste, grated cucumber and curd.

    Mix it properly and add water to get a proper consistency. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

    Now on a nonstick pan put very little ghee and spread the batter with the help of a spoon to form pancakes
