In a mixing bowl add upvas bhajani flour, add curd, red chillie powder, salt to taste and mix it. Add grated potatato, water and mix well a lump free batter.

Now heat a pan or tawa. Grease it with Cow Ghee. Pour 1-1/2 laddle of batter on it and spread it little bit with help of laddle. Cover with lid and cook it for 1 or 2 minutes. Grease the top part with cow ghee. Once the sides of it become golden brown then flip and roast other side of it.

Serve hot or lukewarm with lemon pickle, lemon jam / crush and curd.
