  2. 200 gmGinger
  3. 250 gmgarlic
  4. 4 tbssugar
  5. 2 tbsvinegar
  6. 1 &1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  7. 250 mloil
  8. 1 tsppepper
  9. 2 tspSalt

    I have taken fresh red chilli spicy ones. Washed dried and ground to paste

    Heat oil add chilli paste and sugar. garlic and ginger coarse ground cook well until raw smell goes

  3. 3

    Add vinegar and tomato ketchup add salt check the flavour add pepper powder. I have not added soy sauce.cook till oil separates. Cool it and store for later use.
