Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupquinoa
  2. 1/2 Cupgreen peas
  3. 2: Chopped Carrot
  4. 1Chopped onion
  5. 2 tbspfrench beans
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 3 Cupwater
  9. 2 tbspclarified butter
  10. 1 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak quinoa for half an hour
    Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins,now add green peas,french beans and carrot and saute for 2 - 3 mins.

    Add soaked quinao and salt and mix well,add three cup of water and cover the lid and cook for ten mins.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
