How to Cook Quinoa

I wanted to try some extremely nutritious quinoa.
☆The ratio of water and quinoa is 2:1
☆If this is your first time having quinoa, it will probably taste a little weird, so it's a good idea to flavor with some salt, but you don't need to add the olive oil. You don't need to eat it as is, you can add 2 tablespoons to 2 rice cups of rice when cooking white rice to make it more delicious. Recipe by -haruchan-

Steps
- 1
Wash the quinoa well, about 4 times.) Place into a small pot and soak in water.
- 2
Optionally add salt and olive oil to the pot. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to high, and wait until it begins to boil.
- 3
Once it boils, open the lid and use a spoon to draw circles around the quinoa 2-3 times. Lower the heat to low and cover with a lid again.
- 4
Wait 10-15 minutes until the water has completely evaporated. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 8 minutes. Then it's done.
