These spring roll Wrappers are thin and yummy.This is a perfect recipe .It can be made a day before for your party.I have made it with.all-purpose flour and corn flour.It will become very crispy.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll-purpose flour
  2. 1 CupCorn flour
  3. 1/2 t.spSalt
  4. 200 ml.Milk
  5. 1 tb.spoon.oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all-purpose flour,corn flour and salt.Now add milk little by little to make a smooth batter.

    Heat tawa or non -stick pan.Grease it with oil and clean.Pour one ladle full of the batter on it and spread in circular motion with the help of the handle of the pan.Cook it on low heat,it will come out easily.Dust a plate with all-purpose flour and keep a wrappers on it.Make all the wrappers like this. Sprinkle all-purpose flour between 2 wrappers so that it will not stick.
