Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1/2 bunchspinach
  2. 3 slicesbacon
  3. 2★eggs
  4. 100 ml★milk
  5. 1 tablespoon★mayonnaise
  6. 70 grams★shredded cheese
  7. 1 pinch★salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the spinach in water for 10 minutes, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 2 minutes. Then, rinse in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
