  1. 2cucumbers chopped
  2. 2apples chopped
  3. 2 tbspchopped walnuts
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2 tspdates syrup or honey
  6. For the dressing
  7. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  8. 1 tspmustard sauce
  9. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  10. 1 tbspmilk or water
  11. 1/2 tspapple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  12. 1 tspblack sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add chopped cucumber, apples, salt and dates syrup coat well. They should be chilled

    Mix all the ingredients in the dressing section

  3. 3

    Add walnuts to the salad and pour dressing over it. Mix well. Add sesame seeds and serve.
