Ingredients

15 pieces
  1. 10dried figs
  2. 10dates seedless
  3. 1/4 cupalmonds
  4. 2 tsppistas
  5. 4 tbspdried cranberries
  6. 1/8 cupcashews chopped
  7. 3/4 cupoats
  8. 1 tsporange zest
  9. 2 tspmixed roasted seeds
  10. 2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Chop figs and dates and soak in hot water for 30min. Then grind to coarse paste.

    Lightly roast oats, almonds,cashews,pistas and grind to coarse powder.

    Heat ghee in a pan add fig paste and cook till it dries moisture then add oats mixture, cranberry,mixedseeds orange zest combine it.

    Now transfer the mixture to the lined tray and level it and keep it in the fridge for half an hour.

    Cut in bars,fig bars ready.

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
