With a little bunch of different goodies, these bars can satisfy any craving. Add anything you like, take out what you don't, just make sure additions equal the 2 cups! Sometimes we are in the mood for more chocolate. Or no coconut. So customizable!

Ingredients

  1. bars
  2. 1/2 lbsalted butter, room temperature
  3. 1 cupdark brown sugar, firmly packed in measuring cup
  4. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  5. 2 largeeggs
  6. 2 tsppure vanilla
  7. 2 1/4 cupflour
  8. 1 1/4 tspbaking soda
  9. 3 cupold fashioned oats
  10. 1/2 cupeach, dried cranberries, chopped pecans ,coconut, and dark chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Butter and flour a 9" by 13" pan

  3. 3

    In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until very creamy, about 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Beat in eggs and vanilla

  5. 5

    Beat in flour and baking soda until just blended. Do not over mix

  6. 6

    Fold in the cranberries, chips, nuts and coconut

  7. 7

    With a damp hand, spread mixture into pan. The damp hands keep dough from sticking to you.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

    Cool in pan and cut into squares.

    Keep in air tight container only for several days but most likely won't last that long
