Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupchopped ridge gourd
  2. 1 cupsun dried Vadi
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 5-6garlic chopped
  5. 1 tsp Jeera
  6. 1 tsp asafoetida
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In the cooker pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add jeera, garlic and asafoetida. Add vadi and saute for some time.

    Add chopped turai, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Add 1/2 cup of water and close the lid. Give three whistles. Open the lid once cooker is cool. Sprinkle with some coriander leaves and serve.
