Ingredients

50 min
5-6 servings
  1. 2 cupsoya chunks
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tspcooking oil
  4. 1dry red chilli
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1 inchcineman stick
  7. 4-5cloves
  8. 6-7black pepper corn
  9. 2green cardamom
  10. 1 cupchopped onion
  11. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  12. 1 tspginger chopped
  13. 1/2 cupsoaked Bengal gram
  14. 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  15. 7-8green coriander stems
  16. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsptarmeric powder
  19. 1 tbspdry coriander seeds powder
  20. 4-5 tbspwhole wheat flour for coating
  21. 1/2 cupBengal gram

Cooking Instructions

    I'm using soya chunks and Bengal gram
    Soak Bengal gram in water for 2 hours le
    Heat a pan with water add some salt and soya chunks let them stimmer for 4-5 min until soya chunks become tender.
    Then drain them

    Now transfer soya chunks to grinder and grind to fine paste keep aside

    Get ready with other ingredients
    Heat oil in another pan add whole dry spices let them sizzle and chhoped onion cook until golden brown add ginger garlic chopped cook until become fragrant add in soaked Bengal gram let it cook for few min until softened add green chilli green coriander stems ginger garlic paste

    Keep stirring and cooking together
    Sprinkle salt and dry spices mix pour some water make a gravy
    Now add soya chunks paste let it cook until become dry.
    Remove the whole dry spices.

    Transfer the dry mixture to a plate
    Let them cool down
    Transfer to mixer jar and grind into smooth paste
    Transfer mixture
    back to plate and divide mixture into small portions shape into kababs lightly coat with wheat flour

    Heat a tawa spread ghee or butter place kababs and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy.
