  1. 1/ 2 cup methi leaves
  2. 1/ 2 cup spring onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1tomato
  5. 3/ 4 cup besan
  6. 1/ 4 cup rava
  7. 1/ 8 tsp hing
  8. 1/ 8 tsp carrom seeds
  9. 1/ 4 tsp turmeric
  10. 1/ 2 tsp red chillie powder
  11. 1/ 2 tsp Coriander powder
  12. 1/ 4 tsp salt
  13. 1 tbsp oil

    Gather ingredients. Chop onion, methi, chillies, tomato.

    Mix chopped things with rava, besan, salt, masalas.adiquate amount of water.

    Heat appe pan, Grease with oil. Pour the batter in it. Put lid. Cook for 5 min on slow flame

    Cook from both the sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sauce.
